 Over the year, prior to the summer that the volunteers depart for Mwanza, they engage is several fundraising activities to fundraise their trip as well as funds for the orphanage. In the past, activities have ranged from the fun but ordinary bake sale to daring and dangerous bungee jumping (OH YES!). We’ve also hosted fun ceilidhs, talent shows to rival X-factor, taken to the streets dressed as lovable pirates and bunnies, street collecting, and even braced it out on the cold, cold streets of Edinburgh for a sponsored sleep out(yes, we are hard core). Now we’re looking for fun new ideas this year. And we need you on our team to help us.
