After a hugely successful event in 2005, ESCA are running their second charity Bungee Jump in aid of Comic Relief on Red Nose Day 07 (Friday 16th March) in Inverleith Park, Edinburgh.
After a hugely successful event in 2005, ESCA are running their second charity Bungee Jump in aid of Comic Relief on Red Nose Day 07 (Friday 16th March) in Inverleith Park, Edinburgh.
A group of Chinese students from accross Edinburgh have raised in excess of £13,000 for the British Red Cross China Earthquake Appeal.
They ran a number of collections, around Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt Universities, on the streets of Edinburgh City Centre and at COSTCO. Many thanks to all those who helped or made a donation.
At least sixty five thousand people were killed and many more injured by the devastating earthquake that struck south west China on 12th May 2008.
On 5th October 2008, Tom French and Laura Jayne Baker will attempt to complete the BUPA Great North Run (a half marathon distance) in aid of the mental health charity MIND.
